Paul says the phenomenon started early. As a kid, he spent time at a friend’s farmhouse where strange activity kept escalating. Objects moved on their own. A dark figure appeared outside a window. One night, three kids fell asleep in one place and woke up somewhere else entirely. Nobody could explain how it happened.
The experiences didn’t stop there. Paul shares a series of unsettling childhood moments that began after family deaths and trauma in his early years. At one point, he woke up in complete darkness and couldn’t find the doorknob to his bedroom. Another time he heard voices near an attic space that nobody else seemed to notice.
As an adult, the investigative work took him to locations across Vermont where the atmosphere itself felt different. One night at an abandoned church the group walked into what Paul calls a “zone of fear,” an area where the emotional pressure was immediate and intense. Another investigation at a cemetery produced a strange photo that appeared to show a floating figure in the background.
Later visits to the same location produced more anomalies, including possible EVP responses, unusual images that seemed to appear out of nowhere, and a brief outdoor hotspot where activity seemed to cluster.
