In this episode of the NVus Alien Podcast, Heather Woodward speaks with Alison Hartman, a lifelong experiencer whose encounters with non-human intelligence began in early childhood and continued into adulthood in ways that became increasingly direct and difficult to ignore.
Her first memory goes back to age five. A gray figure at her bedroom window. A small craft in the backyard. Not a one-time event, but the beginning of something that stayed with her. Shortly after, another presence appeared. A glowing, cartoon-like green dog she called Bernard, showing up inside the house in a way that didn’t behave like imagination.
For years, the experiences were sporadic. Then something shifted.
Around 2020 and 2021, the activity intensified. Encounters became more physical, more structured, and more frequent. Nighttime visits. Out-of-body interactions. Situations that felt procedural rather than random. She describes what appeared to be medical involvement, including fertility-related encounters and the discovery of an implant visible on an x-ray, accompanied by persistent ear ringing.
A major event in January 2022 stands out.
Two gray beings. A controlled environment. A screen displaying a specific frequency, 148,000 cycles per second. The setting felt organized, almost like a meeting. Other people were present, some of them familiar. One of them was later identified as filmmaker John Purse, who independently confirmed missing time on the same day. He passed away in 2024.
The pattern doesn’t resolve. It expands.
Alison describes how the experiences began to connect across time rather than staying isolated. The phenomenon didn’t feel like something happening to her. It started to feel like something she was part of.
In September 2024, she experienced a near-death event caused by pulmonary embolisms. During that time, the separate pieces of her experiences seemed to come together in a way that reframed everything that came before it.
Afterward, her life changed direction. She left a long-term career in banking, focused on her health, and moved further into this work. She now co-hosts the Grounded Galactic Twins podcast, has published a children’s book based on her experiences, and actively collects reports through Arkansas UFO and ET Investigations.
This episode looks at what happens when contact isn’t a single event, but a pattern that builds over time and begins to reshape the way a person experiences reality.
